How long will it take to receive my order?
Physical Items:
All of our items are made to order just for you! Typical processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Standard shipping usually takes between 3 and 6 business days.
Digital Items:
All digital items are instant download. No physical item will be shipped to you.
How much is shipping?
Physical Items:
Please see an individual listing for shipping fees. All orders $75+ enjoy FREE shipping.
Digital Items:
There are no shipping fees for our digital products. All digital items are instant download. No physical item will be shipped to you.
All major credit cards as well as Paypal are accepted.
Do you charge sales tax?
State sales tax is collected for any order shipping to Virginia.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. All transactions on this site are secure and encrypted. Your payment information is not stored in the system. View our privacy policy
Do you accept returns?
Physical Items:
All of our items are custom printed just for you. We don't accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges (Please be sure to double check sizing and dimensions before ordering)
However, if there are any printing issues with your item, please contact us and we will replace it ASAP!
Digital Items:
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to the nature of digital products, and the ability to instantly download files after purchase. However, if you have any issues with your files, or you have questions before you purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us!
